For about 20 years and have filed one claim in that time. Unfortunately we have been having issues with our hot water tank and sustained some water damage. After speaking with the main claims office found out that this claim wasn’t covered due to some loophole that doesn’t cover condensation!!! That’s the fine print! How pathetic that a company that you have been with for so many years does this in time of need! My husband is a veteran and served our country. He is a disabled vet and now on top of that they won’t pay money we are owed. We paid in for 20 years both auto and home and now nothing. I will be leaving for sure -and taking my business to a company that respects their customers and veterans. So sad!!"
